Self-Care Studio Online
Over the past months, I have been pulling my online content from various platforms and combining it to create an online studio. Self-Care Studio Online contains a social community section, live-stream classes, a video library containing both general and yoga therapy classes, and online courses. I am offering several membership levels in the hope of accommodating your needs. Each level offers a monthly and annual option and a 7-day trial period for you to check out. I hope you’ll join us!
Basic Community – $10This membership level includes the community spaces and the weekly live-stream yoga classes.

General Yoga Community – $15This membership level includes the community spaces, weekly live-stream yoga classes, and access to the general yoga video library.

Yoga Therapy Community – $25This membership level includes the community spaces, weekly live-stream yoga classes, and access to the full video library, including the general yoga and yoga therapy videos.

Premium Yoga Therapy Community – $75This membership level includes a once-monthly private session offered online, along with the content above. It is helpful if you aren’t sure where to start with pelvic floor or back pain, for example, and would like personalized facilitation on your self-care journey.

Keeping Things FreshLive-stream Classes -I rotate the class theme each week, record the classes (just me, not students), and post them to the video library. Video Library – I film new videos and add them to the library as time allows. Ideas and suggestions are always welcome.

My comprehensive course, Pelvic Peace, Pelvic Power, is still on a different platform until I can revise it and move it to the online studio. You can access it by clicking on the photo.
This online pelvic floor yoga course is about releasing and relaxing chronically held pelvic floor muscles (Peace) and will bring in strengthening protocols along the way (Power). The techniques that are instructed- including complete breathing, movement and poses and relaxation techniques- bring balance back to you and your pelvic floor. Educational pieces are included along with the yoga content to empower you and to help put you in control of your own well-Being.
