Private Instruction

As a yoga teacher for the past 21 years and a yoga therapist for the last 10, I love nothing more than to share the many benefits of yoga with people, especially one-on-one. Private sessions are tailored to fit your needs and allow you to work at your own pace. For those not experiencing any health issues, private sessions are a great way to begin practicing yoga to gain confidence about your practice before taking group classes.

For those who already have a yoga practice, sessions can provide an approach for deeper exploration of the many paths and techniques yoga has to offer.
