A Personalized Approach to Pelvic Floor Healing
Pelvic floor symptoms can feel overwhelming, confusing, and isolating — and they often involve both muscular imbalance and the nervous system’s response to stress.
Some people experience a tight, overactive pelvic floor, others struggle with a weak or underactive pelvic floor, and many live with a mix of both. These patterns can create pain, pressure, leaking, and changes in everyday function.
On an emotional level, worry, fear, or past experiences can lead to gripping or guarding, which increases symptoms — creating a cycle that’s hard to break without support.
My pelvic floor yoga therapy sessions are custom-designed for your body, your history, and your goals. Together, we work gently to release tension, rebuild functional strength, restore balance, and support emotional ease.
🌸 How Pelvic Floor Yoga Therapy Helps
Pelvic floor yoga therapy provides tools you can use independently or alongside pelvic floor physical therapy, medical treatment, or as part of a long-term wellness plan.
My approach supports you in:
- Reducing muscle gripping and chronic tension
- Developing functional strength when appropriate
- Improving breath mechanics and intra-abdominal pressure
- Easing anxiety around symptoms
- Reconnecting with your body through compassionate awareness
- Building confidence and self-trust
- Creating sustainable habits that support pelvic health
You’ll learn practices that empower you to support yourself anytime — even during flare-ups or stressful periods.

💗 Why I’m Passionate About Pelvic Floor Work 💗
My interest in pelvic floor therapy began with my own lived experience.
I’ve navigated both a weak pelvic floor and chronic overactivity brought on by trauma and stress — and I found healing through the very practices I now teach.
My goal is to offer education, support, and tools that help you feel more comfortable, confident, and connected to your body. This is compassionate work, rooted in nervous system safety and trauma-informed care.
