One-on-One Private Prenatal Yoga & Postnatal Yoga Sessions

Private Sessions

I offer both prenatal and postnatal session packages both in person and virtually via Zoom.

Whether your needs are:

  • Stretching, toning and reducing stress while pregnant,
  • Managing hypertonic pelvic floor issues to facilitate an easier birth, or
  • A program to improve the tone of your pelvic floor after baby comes,

We will create your individualized program to reflect exactly what you need. Programs include take home materials to refer back to and continue practicing on your own.
