My Las Vegas yoga classes offer gentle, trauma-informed movement, breath, and nervous-system support in a small, welcoming community setting. They offer a welcoming, accessible space to explore movement, breath, and nervous-system support in community. Each class is carefully designed to blend therapeutic yoga, grounding practices, and gentle guidance, helping you feel more balanced, connected, and at home in your body.

Classes are small, supportive, and trauma-sensitive — with variations for anxiety relief, pelvic floor awareness, back care, and functional movement woven in. Whether you’re new to yoga, returning after a break, or looking for practices that honor your body’s needs, you’re welcome here.

In addition to weekly classes and monthly workshops, I also host Pelvic Peace Circle—a monthly online pelvic wellness class that blends gentle therapeutic movement, breath practices, and guided rest. It’s an inviting space to reconnect with your body, find relief, and feel supported through shared care and community.
